The security deposit is a refundable amount which is held via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) upon your arrival and if the yacht is redelivered without damages or loss of equipment, it is fully returned. If there is any damage or loss, then you will be notified by our base support team about the repair or replacement cost and your card will be charged with the specific amount. After that you will be sent the invoice via email.

Therefore, make sure:

  • That your credit card’s limit is enough for the security deposit of your yacht
  • You make a careful check-in
  • You notify our technical support team for any losses or damages during your charter
